INSTRUCTIONS

Saw out the pieces

Make a photocopy of the patterns (found in Full Size Pattern Section No. 2) and adhere them to the selected stock, saving the originals for later reference. Bore 1/32"-Dia. blade entry holes where indicated and cut the pieces to shape. Note: when sawing the weave pattern, work from the inside out (see Fig. 1). Sand all of the pieces.

Assembly

Make the reference marks on each scalloped ring of the weave pattern as shown. Stack and glue the weave pattern pieces together, working from the largest to the smallest ring. Line up the reference marks and join the pieces with cyano-acrylate adhesive (see the Assembly Drawing, as well as Figs. 2, 3, and 4). Apply a clear oil finish and enjoy your hard candy dish.
