Apply the pattern to 3/8" plywood and cut. On the backside of the jig, use a 3/4" flat fc square holes for the heads of 1 1/2" carriage bolts that hold the clamps to the jig with on the end uses an all thread connecting nut and carriage bolt for the end of the ham it allows the jig to be used for odd handles that would not otherwise fit.
