Combining his scrolling passion with crea:ive inrerpretations of designs from Marilyn Carmin and Dirk Boelman, Bi ly created this unique light to go over his pool table. Leland Smith of Crescent, IA, found a tree slab while vacationing in Colorado and used it to create this version of Leader of ihe Pack, designed by George Ahlers. The last we heard, Leland was so inspired, ho cut and slabbed a walnut tree, purchased a sander, and was patiently waiting for the wood to dry so he could make more... Chuck Tyler of Somerset, KY went fishing for Striped Marlins in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with his brother and sons. Not oniy did everyone catch Marlins, they also later received intarsia Marlins made by Chuck as Christmas presents!
