INSTRUCTIONS

The ornaments shown here were made from l/8"-thick wood. I find that sanding the wood before cutting makes for less fuzzing to remove after the pieces are cut out. Be sure to clean up the dust with a tack cloth so the glue will adhere easily.

Using the spray glue, attach the patterns to wood. Drill when necessary and cut the designs with the No. 2/0 blade to get a fine line and better detail. Note: I always make all interior cuts first, followed by the outside cuts. Carefully sand the fuzzing from the back and then tack. Stain or paint, and then let dry thoroughly before spraying with the clear finish.

Tie a piece of fish line as the hanger.

drill with assorted bits Temporary-bond spray adhesive Sandpaper, assorted fine grits Tack cloth

Paints and stains of choice (if desired)

Clear spray finish

Fish line or nylon thread
