Heart Box Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cut 2" nominal stock (1-3/4" actual) to a 4-1/4" wide x 5" long.

2. Clamp a guide fence to the table.

3. Use a band saw to rip 1/4" from the top and bottom of the stock.

4. Label each part: "A" for the top, "B" for the center, and "C" for the bottom.

5. Tape the corners of a 9" x 11" piece of 80-grit sandpaper to a flat surface, grit side up.

6. Sand all band saw marks until smooth.
