Bore 1/2"-Dia. holes for the eyes (as indicated on the pattern), and a 9/64"-Dia. x 1/4"-deep hole for the nose. For the trash can, align the pattern with the right edge of the 7-1/2" wide board. The left side of the board will be cut away and the raccoonjtteu.to the can, ..... , , ■. . . . . ' Cut the raccoon pattern on your scroll saw with a No. 7 reverse tooth blade. Saw carefully to ensure that the pieces fit together with minimal gaps between them. Work slowly to achieve accurate 90 degree cuts, especially on the edges where the raccoon will join with the trash can.
