JOE DIVELEY'S MIDWEST SCROLL SAW PICNIC GALLERY

by Wes Demarest August 5. 2000

It's hats off to Joe Diveley and his family and friends once again for putting together another enjoyable Midwest Scroll Saw Picnic. If you didn't have an opportunity to attend, you missed a heck of a good time. The previous year's function was great and this year's was even better. The door prizes never ended and they were not junk either. It seemed that every manufacturer and catalog merchant bent over backward to donate something. There were no long faces in this crowd, and everyone is looking forward to next year. Hope to see you there! Here are some photos of the event:

during setup. The cross in the center is a new

pattern produced by Dirk Boelman of The Art Factory which is under development at this time.

sawing as noted by his submissions at the event, but he seems to enjoy intarsia best.

Here is a proud Mike Britton with the rest of his work. Marion Paul of Alton, IL always has a new piece of work

for each show and, as usual, his work is of the highest 60 caliber. Good work, Marion, hope to see you next year.
