One quick glance and you know who produced this work. The Wilckens clan has a style all their own which draws a lot of attention as was evident by the crowds at their display. Scrolling doesn't just develop husband and wife teams. Parents and children work together too, as exemplified by Ken and Kayla Murphy of Silver Lakes, ID. Dads and daughters make for a very effective team as shown by the scroll saw design they created from a tee shirt. We are looking forward to next year's presentation by this dynamic duo. Pat Lupori, who we all know from SAW, brought out her latest effort. How she finds time to scroll, tend to the needs of SAW, and stay on top of all her other obligations shows her ability to manage time quite effectively. Maybe she should give a seminar on time management at a future show. John Sonnleitner uses a scroll saw to express his whimsical side as shown by his bovine Air Force. His smile fully reflects the humor experienced by the viewer. |
