Step 8. Make sure that the scroll saw blade is exactly 90° to your scroll saw table.

Step 9. Prepare for the InLace by cutting the 'nside portions of the pattern first.

Step 10. Remove any portion of tho letters that you will have to replace at a later time, such as the small inside portion of the letter "A" shown by the point of the pencil. Notice that the other pieces of the logo have also beer removed.

Step 11. After the inside of the pattern is cut, place a piece of masking tape on the rear of the back piece and place it on the wax paper. Since you will be filling the top portion of the logo first, cover the two dolphins with tape so no InLace material can get in those holes.

Step 22. Round over the back and side using c pneumatic sander and the special padded aluminum oxide 2" x 2" pad.
