INSTRUCTIONS

2. Drill tho using a vise. This tool used to assure straight bore tly through cenler of blank.

Step 4. Place the pen tubes on the mandrel and rough them up by lightly scratching the surface of the tube with c piece of sandpaper. This is done so Ihe glue has a better surface with which to bond with the wood.
