Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win: (i) $50,000 in cash for tools and materials to build an Ultimate Workshop (total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $50,000). Daily Prizes: Forty three (43) Daily Prize Winners will each receive a $25.00 gift certificate to Woodcraft Supply Corp. ("Woodcraft") (ARV: $25.00);Total ARV of all Daily Prizes: $1,075.00. Total ARV of all prizes in this sweepstakes: $51,075.00. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. All costs, expenses, andor taxes associated with any element of the prizes no specifically awarded herein are the sole responsibility of the respective prize winners. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prize in the sweepstakes shall be solely determined by DIY. Prizes are awarded "as is", with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Drawing and Notification: The potential winners of the Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries in the applicable prize pool on or about June 26, 2003 by an independent judging organization and will be contacted by overnight courier and/or phone within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing. Potential Daily Prize Winners will be selected in daily random drawings starting on May 12, 2003 and ending on June 23, 2003 from among all eligible online and transaction entries received by 5:00 p.m. ET on the applicable daily drawing date (which shall be five (5) days prior to the date on which a daily prize winner will be chosen) and mail-in entries marked for the applicable daily drawing (as specified above) and received within five (5) days of the applicable date. For example, online and transaction entries for the May 5th Daily Prize must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 5th (as specified above, and mail in entries must be marked May 5th and received by May 10th for the drawing to be held May 11th. Names of the prize winners will be posted on the DIY Web site. Judges' decisions with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to the sweepstakes shall be final. Potential winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (except where prohibited by law) within five (5) business days of issuance, and are subject to verification and compliance with these rules. If DIY is unable to contact a potential prize winner, if a potential prize winner fails to complete and return all forms by the specified date, if a potential prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. Winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, approval or notice, except where prohibited by law. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the DIY Web site. 5.
