Home, AR combined three different Scroller Ltd. patterns to make this clock, tt was painted by his wifa, Batty. Richard Kerr from Maywood, NJ made this Collapsible Tulips Basket iron a pattern by The Berry Basket. The pattarn and painting instructions were featured in the June 1997 issue of Creative Woodn-orks and Crafts. "I found the pattern for this fretwork project, 'The Christmas Pyramid,' in Germany," wrote Erlck Lenk of Norco, CA. "Whan the candles are lit, the rising heat forces the propalief to rotate, creating a dynamic, fascinating, and unique piece of fret arl." We agree! Ben Cousyn of Lake Havasu City, AZ wrote us about his love for scroll sawing—a talent he never knew he had until recently—and to show us this Judy Gale Roberts design he created. Rudy Arauz from Hemet, CA built The Grand Tower Clock from a Witdwood Designs pattern. The project took him three months to complete and according to Rudy, all that was needed (besides a lot of wood and glue) was "plenty of patience!" Raymond F. Otto of Las Vegas, NV built this Witdwood Designs Dome Clock by increasing the pattern to 6', wiring it so that on the half hour the doors open and the Royal Daulton figurines come out, incorporating lighted, leaded stained glass to the windows, and adding the stereo sound of a Strauss Waltz. ...send us a clear photo of the project you're proudest of and you could be in the next Reader's Gallery!
