piece in Territorial Beige, With color float treated water and the 3/8" angular shader, float shade around the edges and veining lines with Spice Brown. Randomly stipple Spice Brown lightly on each piece to add texture with the 1/4" deerfoot stippler.

The water pieces (Nos. 3 and 4) and basecoated with Chambray Blue and float shaded around the edges and through the center of each piece with Williamsburg Blue.

The seagulls (Nos. 5 and 6) are basecoated with Magnolia White. Float shade below the veining on each wing with Quaker Grey. Beaks are

Crocus Yellow, float shaded with Dark Goldenrod and the No. 2 liner. Again with the No. 2 liner and Black, dot each eye.

The lighthouse (No. 7) and house (No. 9) are basecoated Antique White. The roofs are Williamsburg Blue. Float shade around the edges of the roofs with Nightfall Blue, as well as around the veining lines of both the lighthouse and house. Paint the bottom house windows Nightfall Blue. Basecoat the remaining windows Crocus Yellow, then float shade these windows with Dark Goldenrod around the left and

bottom of each window. Basecoat the very top of the lighthouse Napthol Red Light, then float shade with Black Cherry.

For the pine trees (No. 8), basecoat each piece with Spring Green, then float shade around the edges and veining lines with Pine Green.

Allow all pieces to dry, then assemble the plaque as shown in Figs. 1 through 5. Attach a sawtooth hanger to the back and hang your Seagull Bay Plaque with peacock pride!
