Box 701, Platteville, Wl 53818, (608) 348-8332. INSTRUCTIONS Shape the components Refer to the router profiles found in Full Size Pattern Section No. 1 for shaping the various components. Size the oak to the dimensions listed in the Bill of Materials. Next, rout the 3/8"-wide x 1/8"-deep grooves which will receive the screen as well as the 1/4"-wide x 1/8"-deep grooves which will receive the back into the two side pieces (B) as shown. On the base molding piece (E), rout the 1/4"-wide x 1/4"-deep groove which will receive the bottom. Next, rout a decorative profile on the upper edge with the Roman ogee bit. Sand all of the pieces.
