First things first Study the Exploded View so you understand how all of the parts go together before starting. Cut all pieces to the sizes indicated in the Bill of Materials. Sand all pieces with fine sandpaper. If the wood you choose Hf is porous, fill it as needed using| , ' • a wood filler and re-sand. Make' SH copies of all of the patterns® H (found in Full Size Pattern^ Section No. 1) and adhere them§§ H! to the wood with temporary-bond spray adhesive. Note: befff sure to spray the pattern, not|f§ the wood.

Cut the pieces

Cut out ail of the pieces. Locate and drill holes where indicated. For the body (A) using the No. 5 or 7 scroll saw blade, saw out the top view. The side view cut will have to-be made with a hand coping saw. Notch for the three hinges as shown. Re-sand all over.

Use the Dremel Moto Tool and concave bit to rout the radius on the top (C)—if you continued on page 22
