Glue the mating pieces of the corian and wood together. INSTRUCTIONS Stack the hardwood and corian one on top of the other and secure with masking tape. With the wood side on top, cut lengthwise in a "jigsaw puzzle" pattern as shown in Fig. 1. Note: make sure that your saw table is set at 90 degrees. Once all cuts have been made, remove tape and glue the mating pieces of corian and wood together using the epoxy (see Fig. 2). Allow to dry for 24 hours. Drill each piece lengthwise using the 9/32"-Dia. bullet point bit. Follow the assembly instructions included with the pen mechanism, turning the pen blanks on the lathe.
