Wood: oak—one piece 1/2" x 3-174" x 7" (for the upright), one piece 1/2" x 2" x 8" (for the base) Toots: scroti saw with assorted bfades, driK with bits (including a 1-3/8"-Dia. Forstner bit); router with 1/4"-Dia. roundover bit Temporary-bond spray adhesive Sandpaper, assorted grits 1-7/16"-Dia. mini clock movement Ciear finish of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Attach the pattern to the wood using spray adhesive. Drill blade entry holes and make all cuts, then drill the 1-3/8"-Dia. hole to accept the mini clock insert. Using the router with the 1/4"-Dia. roundover bit, shape the base edges. Sand as needed, then apply finish of choice according to manufacturer's instructions.
