INSTRUCTIONS

Attach pattern to the wood using spray adhesive. Drill all interior holes, then use the Forstner bit to bore a 1-3/8"-Dia. hole 5/16" deep to accept the mini clock insert. Begin cutting, working from the center to the outside.

After all cuts have been made, remove the paper pattern. Using the palm sander, sand the project until smooth. Cut a rectangular block of wood 2" x 7" for the base. Using the router with decorative bit, rout the four upper edges of the base. Sand as necessary. Attach the upright to the base with glue. Apply finish of choice according to manufacturer's instructions. Insert the clock and enjoy! jp
