SUPPLIES

Wood: wood of choice— one piece 1/4" x 5-3/8" x 5-1/2" (for the front); contrasting wood of choice—one piece 1/4" x 5-3/8" x 5-1/2" (for the back), one piece 1/2" x 2" x 6" (for the base) Tools: scroll saw with assorted bits; drill with bits (including a 1-3/8"-Dia,

Forstner bit) Temporary-bond spray adhesive

Sandpaper, assorted grits JlfiW

Wood glue

Clamps

Finish of choice ^:rw'C-^'K.

INSTRUCTIONS

Transfer the patterns to the stock selected for the front piece and the base. Bore blade entry holes and make all interior cuts in the front piece. Glue the stock selected for the back to the rear of the front piece and saw around the outside of the piece. Bore the 1 -3/8"-Dia. hole for the clock movement. Saw the base to shape.

Glue the front/back assembly in place on the base as indicated on the pattern. Apply finish of choice, insert . clock movement, and enjoy!
