Wood: wood of choice—one piece 1/2" x 5-1/2" x 5-3/4" the upright), one piece 1/2" x 2-1/2" x 7-3/4" (for the base): contrasting wood of choice—one piece 1/4" x 3-3/4" x 4" (for the overlay) Tools: scroll saw with assorted blades; drill with bits

INSTRUCTIONS

Adhere the patterns to the appropriate stock using spray adhesive. Bore blade entry holes and make all cuts. Bore the 1-3/8"-Dia. hole for the clock movement in both the upright and the overlay. Sand all pieces smooth.

Glue the overlay to the upright as indicated on the pattern. Glue the upright in place on the base as indicated on the pattern. Apply finish of choice, insert clock movement, attach pendulum, and enjoy! ||
