Mix the remaining Envirotex with the Red dye and fill the tower stripes. Cover to protect from dust and let dry for 24 hours.

Step 5. When the Envirotex is completely set, peel away the plastic sheeting.

Step 6. You may need to re-drill the hanging hole in the lighthouse. Thread the length of fishing line through the hanging holes in both the lighthouse and frame. |j
