Gray lines - Represents the complete

pattern showing the sawyer all of the

lines for reference (DO NOT cut these

lines).

Solid and dashed lines as one path -

This type of pattern line tells the sawyer that tiers will be another inlay piece overlaid orto this section that contains *;<ie dashed lines only. The dashed 'ins© (also rsferred to as the safe arsa to drill at a perpendicular angie) also tell the sawyer that he can drill a pierce ioie on this line because it will be covered up by another piece in the "uturs. Solid black line as one path - This type or line indicates that thsre will be no other piece overlaid onto it. The sawyer new has to place his drill bit to the inside of the patterr. line and drill at an angle of approximately the same tilt as the scroll saw table so that the drill hols will not be seen.
