Bore blade entry holes in the waste area of the pattern and saw out the polar bear scene on the overlay piece, then saw around the perimeter. On the 1/8" backer piece, saw around the dashed line only. Sand as needed. Paint the upper surface of the backer. Center it on the rear of the overlay and fasten it in place with wood glue. Apply clear finish of choice, fasten a sawtooth hanger to the back, then hang and enjoy.
