Bore blade entry holes in the waste areas of the pattern. Make all cuts, beginning with the inside and working toward the perimeter. When cutting is complete, remove the pattern, and thoroughly sand the piece. Apply clear oil finish of choice, and you're done! 'j~s ! INSTRUCTIONS Sand the wood smooth and remove all dust with Ihe tack cloth. Apply spray adhesive to the back of the pattern. Let it sit until tacky then apply it to the selected stock. Using the l-3/8"-Dia. Fortsner bit, bore the clock hole deep enough to receive the clock—approximately 3/8". Note: boring the clock hole first could prevent possible breakage of the piece. If you bore the hole last, after all cuts have been made, the piece may break due to the weakened areas of the wood. Bore blade entry holes in the waste areas of the pattern. Note: cutting the outside last gives the piece stability when doing the inside cuts Remove the pattern, sand, then remove all dust with the tack cloth. Apply clear finish of choice.
