NOTE: When you begin cutting your melamine material, be sure to trim off any damaged factory edges so you get nice clean edges on your cabinet parts.

NOTE: Melamine (thermally fused plastic impregnated paper) panels, freshly machined, have very sharp edges. Take care not to cut yourself when handling them. Curiously, the edges are also a bit fragile. Always protect any exposed panel edge With either matching hot-melt tape or hardwood trim.
