INSTRUCTIONS

Make the case

Cut the sides, bottoms, front, and top to specified dimensions. Make the angled cut on each side piece as shown in the Side Drawing (found in Full Size Pattern Section No. 2). Cut the 3/4" wide x 3/8" deep dadoes on the sides and the 1/4" wide x 3/8" deep rabbets to accommodate the back as shown.

Assemble the case, joining the components with dowels and glue (see the Case Assembly Drawing). Fasten the pegboard into the rabbet on the back with small finishing nails.

IVsaks the fid

Rip a 60 degree bevel along what will be the hinged end of the lid. Round over the opposite end of the lid with a router and 3/8"-Dia.
