Following The Plar View Drawing, use a scroll saw or jigsaw, to shape the end pieces. Mark the positions of the two holes in the front piece and, using the drill and a 1-3/8"-Dia Forstner bit, bore the entry hole. Usinc a 1/4"-Dia. bit, bore the hole for the perch. SUPPLIES Hexagonal doll house shingles Galvanized finishing nails, No. 6d and 2d No. 8 x 1-5/8" galvanized decking screws Tracing paper Graphite paper •• . Stylus Delta Ceramcoat acrylic paints: Black, Bright Yellow, Drizzle Grey, Kelly Green, Leaf Green, Light Ivory, Napthol Crimson, Royal Fuchsia, Straw, Tangerine, Ultra Blue Wood: pine—one piece 1/4" x 8-1/2" x 11" (for windows, door, and steps) Tools: scroll saw or jigsaw; drill with assorted bits including a 1-3/8"-Dia. Forstner bit; Stanley No. 9-1/2 block plane; hammer; nail set; file or rasp; staple gun and staples Sandpaper, assorted grits Clamps Water resistant wood glue 2-1/4" length of 1/4"-Dia. dowel (for perch) Assembly Refer to the Exploded View Drawing for assembly.
