Wood: butternut or wood of choice—one piece 1/2" x 11" x 14" Note: the pattern is sized to fit stock which is readily available from most lumber suppliers (the thickness of your piece is really up to you). Butternut was chosen for this pattern because it closely matches the true color of the cat without the use of stains or dyes. If using wood with a live edge, as pictured here, be aware that the dimensions of each piece will vary.
