SUPPLIES

Wood: Baltic birch plywood or wood of choice—one piece 1/8" x 8" x 10" Tools: scroll saw with assorted blades; table saw or similar (optional) drill with bits Temporary-bond spray

adhesive Sandpaper, assorted grits Aleene's Tacky Glue Clear oil finish of choice Blue felt, one piece 8"

x 10" Hanger of choice

j INSTRUCTIONS

||f Size your stock to the Iff dimensions indicated. A j|| table saw (or similar) works m. best tor this, but a scroll saw will also do the job. Ifs'Copy the pattern and ||| transfer it to the selected ff! stock, attaching it with spray adhesive. Bore M blade entry holes in the f* waste areas of the pattern and, with the scroll saw, make all interior cuts. H Thoroughly sand the M piece. Apply two coats of jH clear finish to the wood. || When dry, adhere the felt || to the back. Attach the H hanger to the back of the M piece.
