Patterns Located in Full Size Pattern Section No. 1!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sand the wood I hen tack to remove dust, the backer to shape. Sand well ' and tack. Spray with two or three coats of clear finish and set aside.

Now it's time to cut the pattern piece. Adhere the pattern to the wood with spray adhesive. Drill the entry holes in the waste areas. Using the Forstner bit, bore a l-7/8"-Dia. hole where indicated for the clock insert. Make all the inside cuts first, then cut the outside. Remove the pattern, then carefully sand and tack. Finish as desired. Using Tacky glue, adhere to the center of the backer board. Clamp or place a hefty weight on top until the glue is completely dry. Insert clock insert and add a picture hanger on the back.
