(Borco is one brand of material.) It cuts easily with a utility knife. But before you cut it to final size, it's a good idea to unroll it and let it "relax" for a couple of days. This way, it won't pull away from the edges of the table once it's laid down. Borco is available at many art supply stores. k Hand Plane A straightforward design makes this Hand Plane easy to build.
