A 3/« in. rounding over bit is used to cut the rounded edges as shown. Two pair of half-joint hinges are added to the back. These type of hinges allow the side panels to be removed from the center section - a feature that comes in handy if the screen must be moved or stored. The half-joint hinges can be ordered from the company Ball and Ball, 463 West Lincoln Highway, Extol. PA 19341. Order part number H229-058. You'll need two pair - one right-hand and one left-hand.
