back and molding are fixed in place the frame must be finished. After several coats of polyurethane have been applied to the frame, back and molding, the door may be assembled. The mirror is placed in first followed by the back, then the molding. The molding is predrilled, then tacked in place with V» in. by 18 gauge brads. Four brads are used on parts J, and three are used on parts K.

The magnetic catches are now installed. Locate and mark two points.

IV* in. from the top and bottom and centered on the frame. Bore a 9/16 in. hole by V* in. deep and epoxy the catch in place.

Next layout and mortise the hinges in place 1 in. from the top and bottom edge. Close the door and mark the location of the strike plate. Predrill the hole and screw in place.

The cabinet hanger is now made. Cut two pieces of V* in. by '/» in. aluminum to 25Vi in. long and eight pieces to V» in. long. Now measure in

1 in. from each end and mark a point 3/16 in. from one edge. Do the same thing at 63/s in. and V/t in. On the eight small pieces mark a point in the center then bore a '/»in. hoie at each of the points and countersink the holes on the long strips. Next place the V* in. member against the back and mark the holes, predrill, then stack the V* in. member on top of the ¥t in. members and screw to the back of the cabinet. The mating member is attached to the wall and screwed into the studs. W\J
