Standard bushing sizes include '/->. 5/tf>, 7*. and in.: optional blocks arc-also available: one for /ie in. and 7* in. holes and one for 6. X. 10. and 12 mm holes.

Once ihe jig is set up for the desired board thickness, you can drill matching dowel holes in both pieces of stock at the same time. After clamping one board on lop of ihe other, then clamping the sandwiched boards to a bench or in a vise, clamp the jig to the boards with the integral vise screw, aligning the preselected drill bushing to the dowel locations. Then drill a set of two matching holes. The jig must be undamped and moved for each set of holes.

Once all the holes are drilled in the first board, insert dowels, clamp ihe second hoard to the first, then align the dowels with the jig's slotted guide bracket to position holes for the mating board, as shown.
